eProfile can have a number of users set up. This is controlled by any user who is set up as an administrator. eProfile initially sets up just one user in the database. That user is admin, and the given password is password.
- User admin has administrator control and can add or remove users.
- User admin also can reset passwords for other users (but cannot read your password)
- User admin cannot be removed.
You will be required to change the name admin and the password as these are not particularly secure.
If you are not an administrator then speak to an administrator, who can reset the password for you. You will receive a four digit number you can use when you next log in, and you will be asked to enter a fresh password so that only you know it.
